Very popular since it's introduction in the wake of hurricane Katrina where we raised money to assist the New Orleans ASPCA in reuniting pets and their owners, Katrina and its fellow collection, French Quarter were influenced by the style of one of our great Southern cities.

Constructed of soft and comfortable nylon overlaid with durable polyester ribbon, which is quintuple stitched at stress points for added strength.
